We may process or share the data that we hold based on the following legal basis:

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.

Your personal information will be kept only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. We may not keep it for longer periods unless longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

If we no longer have a legitimate business need for your personal data, we will either anonymize or delete it. However, there are certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation, or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.

Withdrawing your consent: You have the right to withdraw consent at any point if we are relying on your consent to process personal information. This will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that occurred before your withdrawal. It will also not affect the processing of personal information that was conducted under lawful grounds other than consent.

Account Information: At any time, if you would like to review, change, or terminate your account at any time, you can log into your account settings to update your user account or use the contact information to reach us. We will delete or deactivate your account and all information in our active databases upon your request to terminate it.
